These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ImanFlow mobile applications (iOS, Android) and web services available at https://imanflow.ca. By downloading, accessing, or using ImanFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Application

ImanFlow is an Islamic lifestyle and spiritual companion app created to help Muslims practice and enrich their daily faith. Key services include:

• Calculation of daily Islamic prayer times (Fajr, Sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha) based on astronomical formulas and user-selected calculation conventions.
• Direction calculation towards the Holy Kaaba (Qibla compass) using device compass and GPS sensors.
• Holy Quran text display, multi-language translations, search, and audio recitations.
• Islamic Hijri calendar events, daily supplications (Duas), and a digital Tasbih dhikr counter.
• Islamic community features and virtual classrooms.

2. User Accounts & Security

You may use ImanFlow as a guest or create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In to sync bookmarks, prayer streaks, and personal preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and login credentials.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

ImanFlow offers core features for free, alongside optional premium subscription tiers ("ImanFlow Premium") unlocking enhanced audio, offline downloads, and advanced customization.

• Payments are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account upon confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All original software code, designs, UI elements, branding, and proprietary assets are the intellectual property of the ImanFlow development team. Public domain Islamic texts and open-source translations are attributed to their respective scholars and publishers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Prayer times and Qibla bearings are computed using standard astronomical algorithms and device sensors. While we strive for absolute accuracy, magnetic interference or local topography may affect compass readings. ImanFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind.

6. Termination & Account Deletion

You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app under Settings → Delete Account or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse community guidelines.
